Privacy policy
This covers the kuuk.app website only — the waitlist signup. It does not yet cover the Kuuk app, which will have its own, fuller policy before it launches.
Who this is from
This site is run by Kuuk. If you have any question about your information, email hello@kuuk.app.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us on this site:

Why we collect it, and on what basis
- Waitlist email — so we can tell you when Kuuk launches. We only use it for that. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
- Feedback ratings and comments — if you sent feedback before the form was taken down, we still hold it to improve this page before launch. Most of this is anonymous. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in building a better product.
- Feedback name (optional) — only so we know who a comment came from, when you chose to tell us. Legal basis: your consent.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the EU/UK, under Supabase's standard data processing agreement. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
If you submitted feedback, that form also made one request to Cloudflare to work out an approximate country. That request wasn't stored by Cloudflare and isn't linked back to you beyond that single lookup.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and feedback data until we've made a launch decision, at which point we review and delete what we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Cookies and local storage
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't store anything in your browser beyond what your browser needs to load the page.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you
- correct it if it's wrong
- delete it
- stop using it, or hand it over to you in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time — for the waitlist, this also removes you from the list
Email hello@kuuk.app for any of this. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Who this is for
This site is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Before the Kuuk app launches, this policy will be replaced with a fuller version covering identity verification, payments, bookings and in-app messaging.
